Call Center Job-Medical Customer Service (One of Egypt’s Leading Pharmaceutical Companies)
Job Title: Call Center Agent – Medical Customer Service
Location: Maadi – Corniche El Nil – Cairo
Eligible Candidates: Graduates of Pharmacy, Science (Biology), or Veterinary Medicine
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate medical information regarding available medications and treatments.
- Handle inquiries related to patients with Type 1 & Type 2 Diabetes, Obesity, Hemophilia, and Growth Disorders.
- Conduct follow-up calls with patients to ensure proper medication use.
- Record observations and report any side effects through surveys and follow-up calls.
- Work as part of a team committed to delivering exceptional medical customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduates of Pharmacy, Science (Biology), or Veterinary Medicine.
- Good command of English.
- Strong computer literacy with accuracy and speed.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Excellent communication skills and professional customer handling abilities.
Work Schedule & Shifts
Rotational morning shifts:
▪ 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
▪ 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
▪ 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Two consecutive days off per week (rotational monthly).
Salary & Packages
Total Monthly Gross Salary: EGP 9,000
▪ EGP 8,000 Basic Salary
▪ EGP 1,000 Performance Bonus
Net Monthly Salary after taxes and insurance: EGP 7,591
