Job description

  1. Voice English Customer Service
  2. Location: Maadi
  3. Requirements:
  4. Experience in English customer service (US/AU/UK/NA) is a must
  5. English fluency: B2+ or C1
  6. (Graduates, dropouts, or gap years)
  7. Age limit: 38 years old
  8. Shift & Work Conditions:
  9. 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
  10. 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
  11. 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
  12. 2 fixed days off per week
  13. Social & medical insurance
  14. Salary Progression:
  15. The first three months : 15,000 EGP GROSS (11,000 basic + 2000 attendance + 2000 KPI) + 1,300 EGP GROSS transportation allowance
  16. After 3 months : 16,000 EGP GROSS (12,000 basic + 2000 attendance + 2000 KPI) + 1,300 EGP GROSS transportation allowance
  17. After 6 months : 17,000 EGP GROSS (13,000 basic + 2000 attendance + 2000KPI) + 1,300 EGP GROSS transportation allowance
