Job Title: Outbound Sales Agent

Campaign Type: US-Based Telesales


Key Responsibilities

  1. Contact potential or existing customers via phone based on a list of existing warm leads
  2. Follow call scripts to ensure consistent communication & compliance
  3. Identify customers' needs & present products or services
  4. Convert leads into sales
  5. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
  6. Upsell or cross-sell when appropriate
  7. Handle objections professionally & provide persuasive responses
  8. Follow up on interested prospects & maintain accurate records of calls & outcomes
  9. Update information in CRM
  10. Maintain product knowledge up-to-date
  11. Actively share feedback from customers to help improve products or marketing strategies



Work Schedule & Shift Details

  1. 9 hours on site as follows:
  2. 2 hours working
  3. 15 minutes break
  4. 1h 45 min. working
  5. 1 hour lunch break
  6. 2 hours working
  7. 15 minutes break
  8. 1h 45 min. working
  9. Days off: Saturday and Sunday as the customer base is located in the US
  10. Starting Time: Either 4PM or 5 PM - both in Cairo Time

NB: Shifts are fixed but may be adjusted based on business needs


Compensation Package

Total Monthly Gross Package:

  1. First 2 Months:
  2. Base Salary 11,000 EGP gross
  3. Attendance Bonus: 2,000 EGP gross
  4. KPI Bonus: 2,000 EGP gross
  5. Transportation Allowance: Approx. 1,300 EGP
  6. After 2 months
  7. Base Salary 13,000 EGP gross
  8. Attendance Bonus: 1,000 EGP gross
  9. Commissions based on the number of sales: 500 EGP per confirmed sale
  10. Transportation Allowance: Approx. 1,300 EGP


Training Length: 5 days

Training Payment = 1,000 EGP paid with 1 month in arrears (you need to be in production for 1 calendar month)


Benefits:

  1. Social & Medical insurance (social insurance is mandatory)
  2. Overnight transportation allowance (after 12:00 AM before 06:00pm)
