We are hiring Female Customer Service Agents to manage retail outbound callback for a UAE-based telecom company in Maadi, Cairo.

Shifts: Rotational
Last Shift for Females: 9:00 PM Cairo Time
Shift Duration: 8 hours + 1-hour break
Days Off: 2 weekly (80% consecutive)
Training Details
Duration: 2 months
Schedule: 8 hours + 1-hour break (8 AM or 3 PM)
Payment: Fully paid during training
Days Off: 2 per week
Compensation Package
Net Salary: EGP 14,680
Gross Salary: EGP 18,400
-- Base Salary: EGP 12,316
-- Variable: EGP 2,364
Training Salary (Net): EGP 12,316 per month
