Summary of the Role

As an Influencer Campaign Executive, you will support the Influencer Marketing Team in planning, executing, and managing influencer campaigns to ensure their success from start to finish. Your role will involve influencer prospecting, campaign coordination, performance tracking, and maintaining strong relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital campaign management.
  3. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  4. Proactive, sociable, and approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  5. Passionate about social media trends, influencer ecosystems, and emerging marketing technologies.
  6. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and campaign tracking tools.


Responsibilities

  1. Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns in alignment with client goals.
  2. Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to achieve target KPIs and overall business objectives.
  3. Plan, coordinate, and manage influencer collaborations and paid partnerships.
  4. Identify and recruit influencers that match campaign goals, audience profiles, and brand positioning.
  5. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  6. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing insights for optimization and continuous improvement.
  7. Work cross-functionally with creative, client service, and media teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  8. Maintain clear communication channels between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  9. Keep tracking sheets, reports, and internal databases updated with accurate campaign data.
  10. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and key influencers across social media.
  11. Manage influencer relationships, ensure timely payments, and address any campaign-related issues promptly.
