About the Role

We’re seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a designer who combines a strong sense of aesthetics with a deep understanding of user experience principles. You will play a key role in transforming complex concepts into intuitive and engaging digital experiences that align with our clients’ goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance usability and engagement.
2. Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to inform design decisions.
3. Develop user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
4. Build and maintain consistent information architecture and navigation structures.
5. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
6. Utilize Figma as the primary design tool, with familiarity in Framer considered an advantage.

Requirements

1. 4+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
2. Strong proficiency in Figma (required).
3. Experience conducting UX research (user interviews, surveys, and journey mapping).
4. Solid understanding of information architecture and content hierarchy.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and passion for creating meaningful user experiences.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
7. Familiarity with Framer is a plus.
