We’re hiring Bilingual Arabic & English Customer Service Agents to join the Inbound Voice Campaign supporting a UAE-based telecom company (insourced staff) in Maadi, Cairo.

Language Requirement: B1+ English
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

- Ability to handle bilingual (Arabic & English) calls
- Active and friendly tone of voice
Work Conditions
Interaction Type: Voice Calls
Work Type: On-site – Degla Square, Maadi
Shifts: Rotational weekly (morning, night, and overnight)
Shift Duration: 8 working hours + 1-hour total break
Days Off: 2 days weekly (80% consecutive)
Training Details
Total Duration: 2 months
- 4–5 weeks of classroom training
- 4 weeks of practice
- 1-week certification
- Daily Schedule: 8 hours + 1-hour break (starting at 8 AM or 3 PM)
- Days Off: 2 per week
- Training Payment: Fully paid monthly, regardless of certification results
Compensation Package
Net Salary: EGP 13,500
Gross Salary: EGP 16,985
-- Base Salary: EGP 11,313
-- Variable: EGP 2,187
Training Salary (Net): EGP 11,313 per month
