NAOS CX is Hiring – French-Speaking Medical Customer Service Agent
Location: On-Site – [Maadi, Cairo]
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview
We are hiring French-Speaking Customer Service Agents to support clients in the medical field. The ideal candidate should have a background in pharmacy, veterinary medicine, or biological sciences and experience with customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries from customers in French (with English support when required)
- Provide accurate information regarding medical products and procedures
- Resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Log all interactions into the system and follow up when needed
- Ensure high-quality service and meet performance KPIs
Requirements
- Fluency in French and very good English (minimum B2 level)
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Biological Sciences
- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures
- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Open to Moroccan, Algerian, and Tunisian candidates
Working Hours & Schedule
- Morning shifts (start between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM – end at 7:00 PM)
- 5 working days per week
- 2 fixed days off: Saturday & Sunday
Compensation & Benefits
Total Monthly Gross Package: EGP 23,000
- Base Salary: EGP 22,000
- KPI Bonus: EGP 1,000
