NAOS CX is Hiring – French-Speaking Medical Customer Service Agent


Location: On-Site – [Maadi, Cairo]

Employment Type: Full-Time


Role Overview

We are hiring French-Speaking Customer Service Agents to support clients in the medical field. The ideal candidate should have a background in pharmacy, veterinary medicine, or biological sciences and experience with customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage inbound inquiries from customers in French (with English support when required)
  2. Provide accurate information regarding medical products and procedures
  3. Resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism
  4. Log all interactions into the system and follow up when needed
  5. Ensure high-quality service and meet performance KPIs


Requirements

  1. Fluency in French and very good English (minimum B2 level)
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Biological Sciences
  3. Prior experience in customer service preferred
  4. Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures
  5. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers
  6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  8. Open to Moroccan, Algerian, and Tunisian candidates


Working Hours & Schedule

  1. Morning shifts (start between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM – end at 7:00 PM)
  2. 5 working days per week
  3. 2 fixed days off: Saturday & Sunday


Compensation & Benefits

Total Monthly Gross Package: EGP 23,000

  1. Base Salary: EGP 22,000
  2. KPI Bonus: EGP 1,000
