NAOS CX is Hiring – Customer Service Agent (Email and Voice Customer Service Agent)
Location: On-Site – Maadi, Cairo
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Service Agents to handle:
- 70% Emails
- 30% Calls
You will assist customers, resolve issues, and ensure smooth, professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Voice Support
- Manage inbound customer calls and conduct outbound follow-up calls.
- Deliver accurate, courteous, and timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Email Support
- Respond to customer emails with clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Address issues effectively or escalate them promptly when required.
Requirements
- English: Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level .
- 1+ year experience in a US campaign (customer service)
- Strong email writing skills a must
- Graduates, dropouts, or gap-year students welcome (no undergraduates)
Working Hours & Schedule
- 9 hours (including 1.5 hr break)
- 2 rotational days off per week
- Fixed US night shifts (3:00 or 4:00 PM Cairo time)
Shifts are fixed but may be adjusted based on business needs
Compensation & Benefits
Total Package: EGP 19,300
- Base Salary: EGP 13,000
- Attendance Bonus: EGP 2,500
- KPI Bonus: EGP 2,500
- Transportation Allowance: ~EGP 1,300
Transportation allowance shall be provided for any shift concluding between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
Training Allowance (based on experience):
- 5 Days = EGP 1,000
- 10 Days = EGP 2,000
