NAOS CX is Hiring – Customer Service Agent (Email and Voice Customer Service Agent)

Location: On-Site – Maadi, Cairo

Employment Type: Full-Time


Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Agents to handle:

  1. 70% Emails
  2. 30% Calls

You will assist customers, resolve issues, and ensure smooth, professional communication.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Voice Support
  2. Manage inbound customer calls and conduct outbound follow-up calls.
  3. Deliver accurate, courteous, and timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
  4. Email Support
  5. Respond to customer emails with clarity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  6. Address issues effectively or escalate them promptly when required.


Requirements

  1. English: Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level .
  2. 1+ year experience in a US campaign (customer service)
  3. Strong email writing skills a must
  4. Graduates, dropouts, or gap-year students welcome (no undergraduates)


Working Hours & Schedule

  1. 9 hours (including 1.5 hr break)
  2. 2 rotational days off per week
  3. Fixed US night shifts (3:00 or 4:00 PM Cairo time)

Shifts are fixed but may be adjusted based on business needs


Compensation & Benefits

Total Package: EGP 19,300

  1. Base Salary: EGP 13,000
  2. Attendance Bonus: EGP 2,500
  3. KPI Bonus: EGP 2,500
  4. Transportation Allowance: ~EGP 1,300

Transportation allowance shall be provided for any shift concluding between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.


Training Allowance (based on experience):

  1. 5 Days = EGP 1,000
  2. 10 Days = EGP 2,000
