NAOS CX is Hiring -Customer Service Representative (Arabic & English)
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Giza, Egypt
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in both Arabic and English with professionalism.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls when needed.
- Provide accurate, timely, and courteous resolutions to customer issues.
- Document all customer interactions with attention to detail.
Requirements
- English proficiency: B2 level minimum.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Ready to start immediately.
- Graduates.
- Giza residents preferred.
Work Schedule & Shift Details
- Morning and rotational shifts available.
- Female representatives’ last shift ends at 7:00 PM.
- 9 working hours per day (including breaks).
- 2 rotational days off per week.
Work Schedule & Shift Details
For Males (Rotational Night Shifts):
- 05:00 PM – 01:00 AM
- 01:00 AM – 09:00 AM
For Females (Fixed Morning Shift):
- 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM
Compensation Package
Morning Shift (Females):
- Base Salary: EGP 12,800(Gross)
- KPI Bonus: EGP 1,000
- Morning Shift Transportation Allowance: EGP 2,000
Total Gross: EGP 15,800
Total Net: EGP 12,628
Night Shift (Males):
- Base Salary: EGP 12,800 (Gross)
- KPI Bonus: EGP 1,000
- Night Shift Transportation Allowance: EGP 3,000
Total Gross: EGP 17,300
Total Net: EGP 13,827
